Our Story Begins On A Farm
The story of Circle M Tire & Automotive begins in Portugal, where owner Chris Machado’s grandfather is from. He immigrated to America and ended up in Bakersfield, where he worked as a farmer on a dairy farm. It was here he met Chris Machado’s grandma, and where the history of Circle M Tire & Automotive began.
The Machado family began as dairy farmers and then worked as hay brokers once the dairy industry started to shrink in Bakersfield. As a third generation farmer, Chris Machado had grown up watching his family work with big rigs and agricultural fleets. He knew of their common complaints and noticed where their pain points were. It was this that inspired Circle M.
We Began By Working In The Fleet Business
Circle M Truck Repair was Chris’s first shop. It was dedicated to providing fleet and maintenance vehicles with the care that his family had always wanted and transformed to even more. Circle M Truck Repair became a trusted name in fleet maintenance and management for the Bakersfield area and beyond.
