My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Circle M. They are honest and explained it is a first come first serve basis for smog certificates. We are seniors and they accommodated us as best as possible as we moved to Bakersfield two years ago from LA. Bakersfield is an entirely new experience for us. We are thankful and grateful for businesses that help seniors and newcomers to the area. Thank you Ramon’s and Charlene!
