I just moved to Bakersfield and found Circle M on the AAA website. I was not disappointed. I called Monday with what I described as a "wobble" in my front end. They told me to bring it in that afternoon, which I did and they were able to fix it by the end of the next day. My "wobble" ended up being a broken strut, which is very dangerous. I appreciate the quick turnaround and that they were able to get me in quickly. The price quoted for the work was reasonable as well. I will be using them again if I need any maintenance done on my Rav4.

Like the quick appointment. Got right in and took care of the oil change and point check. Informative on the repairs needed but no pressure on doing them right away. Very easy to work with.

Had to make an unexpected trip out of town & Circle M was able to quickly get my car in, perform a brake job, resurfaced rotors, wheel alignment and an oil change. The communication and customer service were outstanding, all the staff were super helpful and patient while explaining the needed work, and Will, the automotive tech, did an awesome job fixing everything necessary for a safe trip. What a great experience, thank you!

Too bad there's not a ten star rating option. I just had my rear brakes repaired. The customer servic I receive from Circle M is the best I've ever experienced. They kept me in the loop and showed me why my rear brakes weren't working. It took a little longer than expected to finish the job, due to my Suburban being older and not being able to find new parts for it, but they did it! Any other shop would've put in used parts. I really appreciate them doing that, since they know I use the Suburban for daily driving, pulling trailers, and family traveling. I will be bringing in my BMW for brakes, next.
