Too bad there's not a ten star rating option. I just had my rear brakes repaired. The customer servic I receive from Circle M is the best I've ever experienced. They kept me in the loop and showed me why my rear brakes weren't working. It took a little longer than expected to finish the job, due to my Suburban being older and not being able to find new parts for it, but they did it! Any other shop would've put in used parts. I really appreciate them doing that, since they know I use the Suburban for daily driving, pulling trailers, and family traveling. I will be bringing in my BMW for brakes, next. Thank you Will, Ramon, Marcos, and Charlene.

Work to be done was communicated and estimate was given for approval prior to any work completed. Work was done in a timely fashion and did not exceed the estimate given, actually came just under. Easy to work with and quality service provided.

I was very fortunate to have found them. They did a top-notch job. I will definitely return to them should I need their help in the future.

They are very nice folks and they explained the time necessary to get vehicle smogged. They handled all the the smog test information electronically to the state. I also liked the fact that they did a safety check for any problems on my vehicle.

I very much appreciate the help received from Circle M Tire and Automotive! My vehicle was one I loaned to a family member for many years, but was no longer able to maintain as needed. Circle M was able to correct engine issues and prepare for the needed smog test. The smog test passed and the vehicle was ready for driving. All this was accomplished in two days, much quicker than I expected! The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed working with them. I have two more vehicles that will need smog testing this year, and I look forward to returning to Circle M for future needs!
