Circle M's shining point is service and their attention to me, the customer. I needed a simple smog test for my tags, and there are plenty of places that COULD do that. But after calling FOUR different places, Circle M was my fifth call, and they were the ONLY ones who picked up the phone. That's important to me as someone with a busy schedule who needs to be able to schedule an appointment. From start to finish, they were attentive and made me feel valued. The service was affordable, and I didn't feel "sold to." Although they weren't first on the call list the algorithm gave to me, I'm glad they were the only ones who picked up the phone -- I'll be coming back for just about anything I need for my car that they can offer.
